§1 Processing personal data in BuyMe!
In accordance with the regulations in force since 25/05/2018 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and their free movement (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. 1) and the Polish act on the protection of personal data, in order to fulfill the obligations arising therefrom, hereinafter referred to as "RODO", BuyMe! I inform that
The administrator of Users' personal data is WEBimpuls.pl, that is the company "WEBIMPULS SP Z O.O.", ul. Sportowa 12/2, 33-100 Tarnów, NIP 9930655823.
Providing personal information is voluntary.
§2 Personal data is collected and processed for the purposes of legitimate interests of personal data administrator, i.e. in particular the process of selling services, enabling certain services electronically, employment, making settlements, handling an electronic account in a data administrator's network, targeted services submissions or inquiries, contacting (including in connection with serviced transactions) as well as for tax and accounting purposes, for archival and statistical purposes. However, after obtaining consent, the collection and processing of personal data by the administrator takes place for purposes of generating cookies, collecting data from websites or for marketing purposes, including direct marketing, i.e. receiving from BuyMe! by means of remote communication (e-mail, SMS, telephone) any materials of a commercial, marketing and information nature related to the business activities conducted by the data controller.
Processing of personal data, including information listed in point 3. by WEBimpuls.pl or an entity by WEBimpuls.pl authorized / affiliated in accordance with the abovementioned EU and national regulations are followed for purposes necessary to conduct commercial activities, in particular to courier companies, accounting offices, law firms, producers of goods, software suppliers, distributors and authorized state institutions.
The natural person to whom the data relate has the right to request the administrator to access their personal data, rectify them, delete or limit processing at any time, as well as the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer their data and file a complaint to the authority supervisory director of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
The management of granted consents takes place via the customer support address biuro@webimpuls.pl.
The withdrawal / modification of the consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal / modification.
The data will be processed no longer than it is necessary to achieve the above objectives (point 3), but not longer than until the consent is revoked or modified. After this time, the data can be processed until the expiration date.
The data controller takes measures to ensure the security of personal data collected and processed, and in case of violation - informs the competent state authorities to detect the perpetrators and to prevent future violations. Every natural person whose data will be violated will be informed about it.
When registering an Account at BuyMe !, consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes, including direct marketing, is expressed voluntarily by the user with the creation of an account on the site. At any time, the User may withdraw such consent by clicking the "Opt out" link at the end of every email received from BuyMe! or by contacting customer service at the e-mail address biuro@webimpuls.pl

§4. To optimize the functioning of BuyMe! and communication with users and people interested in the Service, BuyMe! uses external websites:
Gmail and Sugester - to support communication with application users. As part of this procedure, we store the content of emails sent to the BuyMe customer service department! to customer support addresses, e.g. biuro@webimpuls.pl
Google Analytics - for statistical purposes related to the need to optimize the appearance and functionality of BuyMe websites! and offers. As part of this tool, we acquire demographic and geolocation data of users as well as data on the equipment used by them and the behavior on the BuyMe! Website.
Facebook - for communication with users and promoting the BuyMe! Service. On Facebook, we use the "Facebook Custom Audience" service, under which we store the email addresses of users and the types of accounts they own in BuyMe! For the purpose of targeting advertisements on Facebook.
Cookies (cookies) on BuyMe!
§5. BuyMe website! saves cookies on the devices of its visitors. Buyme! uses two types of cookies - session and permanent. Session files are only stored until you leave the BuyMe website! (by entering a different page, logging out or turning off the browser). Permanent files are stored in the user's device until they are deleted by the User or for the time resulting from their settings. Buyme! uses the following cookies:
Marketing - collecting data enabling us to prepare statistics, thanks to which we learn the preferences and behaviors of Users. Analysis of these statistics is anonymous. To achieve these goals, BuyMe! uses the Google Tag Manager service.
Each visitor can at any time change the settings of his browser and block the use of cookies or each time to obtain information about their placement on his device.
